This strategic decision aligns with Gramercy’s longterm growth strategy and commitment to serving investors.
South Florida is a prominent hub for emerging markets and offers enhanced access to both existing and potential portfolio companies, especially in Latin America. With key members of the Gramercy Senior Management team relocating permanently to the area and additional senior staff maintaining residences there, West Palm Beach naturally serves as a central location for the firm’s leadership.
This move allows Gramercy to maintain an influential presence in a growing regional financial market. The Greenwich, CT office will continue to house key investment and business operations personnel.
