Mr. Humphrey has over 30 years of financial markets experience spanning sales, trading, research, capital markets, and investment management. He is responsible for Gramercy’s commercial and capital formation strategy including origination, sourcing and structuring of differentiated investment opportunities, further developing relationships with key sell-side counterparties, enhancing the firm’s existing high quality global investor relationships and accelerating new client acquisitions, and implementation of strategic initiatives to solidify Gramercy’s position as an industry leading global investment manager. Additionally, Mr. Humphrey is a Senior Partner and serves as a member of Gramercy’s Management Team.
Prior to Gramercy, Mr. Humphrey has served in several business management leadership roles. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in 1986 and was named Global Head of Fixed Income Sales in 2003 and was responsible for distribution across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. During this period, he oversaw the growth and management of one of the industry’s top-ranked global capital markets businesses and served as a member of Lehman Brother’s Global Management Committee. After the integration of Lehman Brothers with Barclays Capital, he was Partner and Global Head of Business Development for GoldenTree Asset Management. Mr. Humphrey also served as Head of Corporate Banking and Securities Americas, and CEO of Deutsche Bank Securities U.S. Mr. Humphrey then joined Guggenheim Securities as Senior Managing Director where he built out the firm’s corporate credit businesses. He was also a Managing Director at BTIG, where he helped Gramercy launch their litigation finance investment strategy and worked with Gramercy senior management and portfolio management teams.
Mr. Humphrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fordham University and is a member of the Fordham University Presidents Council Executive Committee. He is Chairman of the American Junior Golf Association ACE Grant Foundation.

Ms. Smith has 17 years of industry experience. At Gramercy, she is a primary contact person for current and prospective investors. Ms. Smith manages new investor onboarding and is responsible for marketing collateral. Additionally, Ms. Smith works on strategic projects aimed at organizing and optimizing client materials and interfaces with service providers such as legal counsels and administrators to ensure regulatory compliance and client-facing process efficiencies.
Prior to Gramercy, Ms. Smith completed her Juris Doctor at Seton Hall University School of Law. From 2006 to 2008 she was employed at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft where she fulfilled the responsibilities of senior paralegal on a team that handled complex CDO and commercial paper transactions. She also gained valuable writing, research and project management skills working with a New Jersey Superior Court Judge and a New Jersey based law firm.
Ms. Smith received a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Communications from Muhlenberg College.

Mr. Griffin has 24 years of industry experience. At Gramercy, he focuses on new business development and client service across a diverse set of institutional investors, including pensions, endowments & foundations, insurance companies, private banking platforms, and family offices. He is also a member of Gramercy’s Management Team.
Prior to joining Gramercy in September 2009, Mr. Griffin was employed by Lazard Asset Management for nine years where he was a Senior Vice President in the Institutional Marketing Group. He was responsible for developing new relationships and servicing existing clients in the corporate pension market segment.
Mr. Griffin received a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University in 2000. Additionally at Wesleyan University, Mr. Griffin played four years of Men’s Varsity Basketball.

Mr. Foley has 32 years of experience with an extensive career in investment banking and global financial markets. He is a Partner and a senior member of the Gramercy Business Development Team. He is responsible for helping build out the firm’s strategy in diversifying its capital base and strategic initiative while expanding the firm’s family office client acquisition plan.
Prior to Gramercy, he was Vice Chairman, Senior Managing Director, and Global Head of Equity Sales at Evercore/ISI. He served on the Investment Policy Committee and the Operating Committee. Prior to Evercore, he was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. In that role, he built and managed the Alternative Asset sales effort. Prior to these roles, Bill was Head of Global Institutional Sales at Deutsche Bank. Most recently Bill was also Managing Director at BTIG and a member of the firm’s Senior Relationship Management.
Mr. Foley holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University. He serves various foundations including The Navy Seal Foundation and St. Ignatius Loyola School.

Mr. Moran has over 30 years of experience in financial services. He is a Managing Director and a senior member of the Gramercy Business Development team. He is responsible for new business development and client service across a diverse set of institutional investors, RIAs, family offices, pensions, endowments & foundations, insurance companies, and private banks.
From 2015-2024, Mr. Moran was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, holding positions in Business Development and Institutional Sales. Prior to Guggenheim, he was the Global Head of Equity Sales at BNP Paribas for five years. Mr. Moran began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1987 and served as Executive Director of Institutional Equity for 20 years. He was recognized as a top-producing sales trader covering hedge funds, high-net-worth clients, family offices, foundations, and endowments.
Mr. Moran joined Gramercy to continue his long track record of commercial success, winning capital commitments from investors. Leveraging his product knowledge in fixed-income and private credit markets will serve him well in his new role.
Mr. Moran holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University.

Mr. Glover joined Gramercy in 2024 as Managing Director in Business Development and Special Situations Product Management. In addition to sourcing new capital relationships to support Gramercy’s existing and new business pipeline, Mr. Glover further enhances the Special Situations Group origination capabilities and opportunistic investments and supports the firm’s strategy for growth.
Mr. Glover has over 30 years of experience in global fixed income markets with high expertise in structured finance and structured credit capital markets. Mr. Glover began his career in New York City as a lawyer in commercial real estate after graduating from New York University Law School with honors and a JD/MBA. He then transitioned to investment banking at J.P. Morgan Securities as Head of Structured Products distribution before joining Lehman Brothers in early 2000 with responsibility for the firm’s structured credit business before being named Global Head of Securitized Products and a member of the Fixed Income Operating Committee.
More recently Mr. Glover was a Managing Director at Beech Hill Securities where he was an active investor in fixed income structured products in real estate and broad securitization markets. Since 2009, he has sourced several unique investment opportunities and generated superior returns on proprietary investments.

Mr. Almudhaf is responsible for the design and implementation of Gramercy’s international expansion strategy to further enhance the firm’s high quality investor relationships outside of the U.S. He also has a principal responsibility for the continued development of Gramercy’s international, commercial and capital formation strategy.
Prior to working at Gramercy, Mr. Almudhaf held a senior role at J.P. Morgan’s fixed income franchise in New York City. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Almudhaf began his investment banking career with Itaú Unibanco, specializing in fixed income credit markets and special situations investments in Latin America. In his new capacity, Mr. Almudhaf is responsible for shaping the firm’s international goals and objectives for growth and expansion.
Mr. Almudhaf graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a triple Concentration in Finance, Strategic Management and Legal Studies & Business Ethics. Mr. Almudhaf is a CFA® charterholder.

Mr. Ebeling joined Gramercy in February of 2023 with over 10 years of industry experience. He is a Vice President for the Business Development team and responsible for new business development with U.S. based institutions, RIAs, wealth platforms and family offices.
Prior to joining Gramercy, John worked at Ashmore Investment Management since 2015. There he was Regional Director responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within Ashmore’s Intermediary Business for Eastern and Western territories. He began his career in 2013 at UBS Financial Services, as an Associate in Structured Products.
John earned a BS in Business Administration – Finance with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Maine in 2013. He also played football at the University of Maine where he was selected All-CAA Wide Receiver and Offensive Player of the Year for their 2013 CAA Championship Team. John was also awarded University of Maine’s Scholar Athlete Award in 2013.

Michael Mozian joined Gramercy in 2023 as Associate, Investor Relations, and transitioned to Business Development in early 2024. Michael is responsible for all investor-related analytics and business planning tools related to new client acquisitions.

Mr. Mahoney has 25 years of industry experience. He is an Investor Relations specialist with a particular emphasis on quantitative analytics. Mr. Mahoney assists portfolio managers and business development professionals with data analytics and content organization to ensure external messaging is accurate, transparent and informative. Additionally, he is responsible for the organization and maintenance of the marketing data warehouse.
Prior to joining Gramercy in March 2011, Mr. Mahoney spent over eleven years at Jennison Associates, ascending through various value-added levels of client services and marketing support roles and responsibilities. Mr. Mahoney launched the Applied Research function where he performed quantitative analytical support for senior management, portfolio managers and client relationship managers. He created attribution analyses, comprehensive investment risk analyses, competitor analytics and various performance metrics. Mr. Mahoney frequently collaborated with technologists to create technology solutions for business reporting and risk management needs, and he has assisted in the launch of new investment strategies through various investment research and back-testing.
Mr. Mahoney received a BA in Economics from Boston College.

Mr. Beshlian has 32 years of industry experience. At Gramercy, Mr. Beshlian is responsible for updating clients on their investments and responding to client inquiries. He is a senior member of a team of investor relations professionals who maintain marketing collateral, consultant databases, standard reporting efforts and RFPs. Mr. Beshlian also serves as Head of Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (“ESG”). In this capacity he works with our investment team to ensure our ESG policies and procedures are systematically applied to the research process.
Prior to joining Gramercy in October of 2007, Mr. Beshlian was employed by Jennison Associates for 12 years where he was a Vice President of Client Development responsible for strengthening their client service efforts with consultants and institutional clients. Prior to that, he held positions in Jennison’s marketing and communications and operations departments. From 1994 to 1995, he worked at Pershing and from 1992 to 1994 he worked at First Chicago Trust Company of New York.
Mr. Beshlian received a MBA from Fordham University and a BS in Accounting from Villanova University.

Ms. Geitz joined Gramercy in November 2016. Prior to joining Gramercy, Ms. Geitz interned at U.S. Probation & Parole in White Plains, New York, where she was responsible for organizing database information for pre-sentencing officers. Ms. Geitz also interned at the Pelham Police Department in Westchester County, New York, where she assisted detectives with researching and analyzing facts for various causes.
Ms. Geitz received a MBA in Financial Management from Iona College. She also received a BA in Criminal Justice and a minor in Security Threat Assessment from Iona College.
